No other living wall has moved me as much as this one by Patrick Blanc. When I first saw it from across the street, walking beside the Seine, I stopped and stood breathless, heart racing, tears streaming down my cheeks. I must have spent an hour there that day, soaking it all up. That moment will forever inspire my work!

When I took these photos, Patrick Blanc's living wall at Quai Branly was 8 years old. It was May in Paris, and the plants in this wall were just waking up for the year.

An incredible living wall by Green Over Grey. There is nothing quite like taking in this living wall when the clouds are low and gray over Seattle... it's like being able to take a breath so deep that you feel it in the soles of your feet!
